- Lead and motivate a team of associates to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Train and coach associates on customer service techniques, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other store leaders to ensure consistent and effective customer service throughout the store.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular store walks to ensure cleanliness, organization, and overall customer experience meets company standards.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations, using effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Create and implement customer service training programs for new associates to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Monitor and track store performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and sales, and develop action plans to address any areas of improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to customer experience and implement new strategies as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all associates, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and events that enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Strong Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Customer Service Or Customer Experience Management.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Customer Experience Strategies And Initiatives.
