- Product knowledge: Stay updated on new products and promotions to effectively communicate and educate customers and team members.
- Data analysis: Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
- Adherence to company policies: Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Budget management: Monitor and control expenses to ensure the store operates within budget guidelines.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other managers and departments to develop and implement company-wide initiatives and projects.
- Performance management: Set goals, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members to ensure high-quality work and job satisfaction.
- Safety and security: Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees by enforcing safety and security protocols.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Customer Experience Management.
Proven Track Record Of Improving Customer Satisfaction And Driving Sales Growth.
