Five Below is seeking an AV Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for all audiovisual equipment and systems in our stores and offices. We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual who can troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively. Join us in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers and team members through top-notch AV support.

  1. Provide technical support for all audiovisual equipment and systems in Five Below stores and offices.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audiovisual equipment and systems.
  3. Maintain and update documentation and manuals for audiovisual equipment and systems.
  4. Train store and office employees on proper usage and maintenance of audiovisual equipment and systems.
  5. Install and set up new audiovisual equipment and systems in stores and offices.
  6. Monitor and track inventory of audiovisual equipment in stores and offices.
  7. Collaborate with other IT team members to address network and connectivity issues related to audiovisual equipment.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest audiovisual technology and industry trends.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to store and office employees by promptly addressing technical issues.
  10. Communicate effectively with store and office managers to provide updates on technical issues and resolutions.
  11. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of audiovisual equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  12. Assist in the planning and execution of audiovisual projects and initiatives.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to audiovisual equipment usage and support.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity while interacting with team members and customers.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline audiovisual support processes.
