Asset Protection Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and inspect store areas to detect potential security or safety issues.
- Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, or vandalism.
- Ensure compliance with asset protection policies and procedures.
- Train and supervise loss prevention staff.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance to customers and employees.
- Prepare reports on security incidents and investigations.
- Maintain store surveillance systems.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and disputes.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of store areas.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
