Asset Protection Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor store activity and customer behavior to identify potential safety and security risks.
2. Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and vandalism.
3. Maintain records of asset protection activities and provide reports to management.
4. Respond to emergency situations and coordinate the appropriate response.
5. Educate staff on asset protection policies and procedures.
6. Develop and implement plans to reduce losses due to theft, fraud, and other criminal activities.
7. Enforce local, state, and federal laws and regulations applicable to asset protection.
8. Impose loss prevention and safety policies and procedures in the store.
9. Perform routine security checks to ensure store assets are secure.
10. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
