Asset Protection Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and patrol the store premises for any suspicious activity or security concerns.
2. Respond to and investigate any incidents of theft or fraud, and take appropriate action.
3. Work with store management to ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures.
4. Maintain a high level of customer service and support for all customers and staff.
5. Create and regularly update security and emergency protocols and procedures.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies.
7. Train and provide guidance to store staff on all security procedures and protocols.
8. Conduct routine safety inspections and audits of all store locations.
9. Investigate any incidents of shoplifting or employee theft, and take appropriate action.
10. Remain knowledgeable of all company and state laws and regulations regarding asset protection and security.
