Responsibilities: • Monitor store activities to ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations • Conduct investigations, document incidents, and report any suspicious activity • Maintain data on all incidents and losses and ensure proper documentation • Implement strategies to reduce shrink, loss, and theft • Monitor video surveillance equipment and respond to any alarms or security issues • Assist in the training of new employees on safety and security protocols • Assist in the maintenance of security and safety equipment • Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement • Create and execute plans to ensure the safety of employees and customers
