Asset Protection Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Asset Protection Specialist to join our team at Five Below. As part of our security team, you will be responsible for protecting our store assets, employees, and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor store premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other forms of criminal activity.
2. Perform daily patrols of the store and its surroundings to detect any suspicious activity.
3. Investigate and document incidents of theft or other criminal activity.
4. Develop and implement security plans and procedures to protect store assets, employees, and customers.
5. Conduct security training for store personnel on theft prevention and other safety topics.
6. Respond to emergency situations to protect store assets, employees, and customers.
7. Operate CCTV surveillance equipment to monitor potential security threats.
8. Collaborate with local law enforcement and other security personnel.
9. Maintain accurate records and reports of security-related incidents.
10. Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
