As an integral part of the Asset Protection team at Five Below, the Asset Protection Analyst plays a key role in ensuring our stores and properties remain secure and free from theft or fraud. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor security systems and investigate any suspicious activity or theft.
2. Develop and implement strategies to protect Five Below's stores, properties, and assets.
3. Track and analyze security incidents, losses, and trends.
4. Create reports on security findings and present them to senior management.
5. Coordinate with local law enforcement and other agencies to investigate and resolve security incidents.
6. Train staff on security procedures, protocol, and systems.
7. Maintain asset protection records and databases.
8. Monitor and review security policies and procedures.
9. Provide support and guidance to store personnel regarding asset protection.
10. Remediate and respond to any security-related issues.
