- Process and fulfill orders in a timely and accurate manner to support our retail stores.
- Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of merchandise to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to quality control and customer service.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Previous Warehouse Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, With Knowledge Of Warehouse Operations And Equipment.
Ability To Lift And Carry Heavy Objects: The Job May Require Lifting And Carrying Objects Weighing Up To 50 Pounds, So Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Capable Of Handling Heavy Loads.
Attention To Detail: The Warehouse Environment Can Be Fast-Paced And Hectic, So Candidates Must Have Excellent Attention To Detail To Ensure Accuracy In Receiving, Storing, And Shipping Products.
Strong Organizational Skills: A 1St Shift General Warehouse Job At Five Below May Involve Managing Inventory, Organizing Products, And Maintaining A Clean And Safe Workspace. Candidates Should Have Strong Organizational Skills To Handle These Tasks Efficiently.
