
Director of Marketing Innovation and Strategy
Work with research and consumer insights partners to deeply understand and socialize the evolving needs of our customers with a focus on integrated software and hardware, multi-screen & device experiences. Leverage existing consumer data and competitive market landscape to inform business cases for future roadmap innovation in partnership with Product and Engineering. Drive customer growth and acquisition, product marketing diversification strategy, and integrated campaign development as a key leader on the product marketing team. Partner with consumer research and key marketing partner teams to develop long range go-to-market planning with new audiences and market opportunities. By identifying market segment challenges; identify competitive products, trends, and technologies to position the Fitbit portfolio for future growth. Develop new value propositions to drive integrated software and hardware experiences at retail. Establish product marketing and cross-functional workstreams with specific emphasis on devices and developing a business case for ecosystem development for the portfolio.

Ability to balance product portfolio vision with strong analytical skills
Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and commercializing innovation
Experience in wearable products or fitness industry is preferred
