Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant

Responsible for operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Familiar with portfolio lending as well as secondary market sales. Will enter and complete client applications. Pipeline management and quality control. Responsible for follow up calls to clients and managing a CRM system. Monitoring phone calls and emails for the lender assigned Provide daily support to ensure timelines are met, service standards are exceeded, workload priorities are established, and problems/exceptions resolved.
