Job Description

At First Premier Bank, we are looking for an experienced and competent Help Desk Coordinator to join our team. This individual should have excellent customer service skills, a high degree of technical competency, and a desire to provide quality service to our customers.The Help Desk Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal and external customers. This individual should have a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with customers.The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:• At least 3 years of experience in a help desk role• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues• Excellent customer service skills• Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Excellent organizational and time-management skills• Experience working with a variety of computer programs and systemsIf you have the necessary qualifications and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we invite you to apply for this position!
