Digital Innovation and Strategy focuses on the customer experience and use of PREMIER’s digital platforms as well as new and emerging self-serve technologies to fit both PREMIER’s business objectives and customer demands. Work closely with the Digital Product Owners in maximizing the value of digital products, anticipating customer needs, and evaluating current products. File/organize project sign offs. Involvement with research best practices in today’s Self-Serve technology to improve customer experience. Involved in design creatives related to customer communications (email, push notifications, etc). Provide support for Card Services call center initiatives. Research best practices in today’s digital technology to improve customer experience. Research and propose Ideas to increase PREMIER’s digital exposure to customers. Enhance customer online help center knowledge base.
