Compliance Officer

First Premier Bank is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the bank’s operations are in accordance with federal and state regulations. As a Compliance Officer, you must be able to identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize them. We are looking for a reliable, organized individual who can communicate effectively and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as accounting, finance, or economics, as well as 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role. In addition, the successful candidate must have knowledge of banking regulations and standards, with experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures. Our ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.
