Compliance Officer

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join First Premier Bank. As the Compliance Officer, you will play an integral role in ensuring that the Bank adheres to all relevant regulatory and legislative requirements. You will have the opportunity to work closely with different departments to ensure that all processes and procedures are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and three to five years of experience in a compliance role in the finance industry. You should also have a good understanding of banking laws and regulations and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
