
Compensation Manager
Implements and responsible for the compensation strategy by researching best practices and trends and perform analysis on effectiveness, competitiveness, and perceived value that ensures base pay, incentive pay, and performance management programs. Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives. Provides consultation to department managers on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations. Responsible for HRIS (UKG and HRSoft) administration by partnering with internal and external HR functional groups to evaluate compensation HRIS needs, development, configuration, implementation, support, and maintenance to meet changing demands and provide reporting data efficiently and timely. Maintain high-quality and consistent data that will be used across the company for key business decisions.
6 – 8 years of Human Resources experience of progressive related experience is preferred.
Prior managerial or supervisory experience is highly desired
Prior experience with HRIS system experience; experience using UKG is a plus
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and certified compensation professional credentials preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
Knowledge of all federal, state, and local regulations and compliance requirements related to employee compensation.
