
Treasury Management Analyst
We at First Midwest Bank are seeking an experienced Treasury Management Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a growing organization. The Treasury Management Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Bank's treasury management activities. The successful candidate will have a passionate commitment to client service and will be responsible for actively engaging with business partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications for this role include:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field• 5+ years of treasury management experience, preferably with a large financial institution• Experience in cash management, bank reconciliation, and treasury forecasting• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities of a Treasury Management Analyst:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the treasury management space.
- Analyze customer information to identify opportunities for treasury management services.
- Create and implement treasury management strategies based on customer needs.
- Monitor and assess customer portfolio performance.
- Manage customer accounts and prepare financial reports.
- Manage cash management activities, such as liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and bank reconciliations.
- Analyze and evaluate new products and services.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management.
- Support treasury management technologies, such as online banking and payment systems.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with banking partners.
- Provide support to internal stakeholders, such as sales and customer service teams.
- Track and analyze industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Develop training programs and materials for treasury management teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance
Accounting
Or Economics
At Least Two Years Of Banking Or Financial Services Experience
Knowledge Of Treasury Management Products And Services
