First Midwest Bank is seeking an experienced and motivated Financial Institution Group Senior Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry and a drive to exceed our clients’ expectations. The Financial Institution Group Senior Director will be responsible for leading a team in providing comprehensive financial services to our clients. This includes developing customized solutions, creating innovative strategies, and providing comprehensive customer service. The Senior Director will also be responsible for managing and developing staff, as well as cultivating relationships with external parties. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field; a minimum of 8 years of experience in banking, financial services, or related industry; a track record of developing and managing teams; and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.
