Job Description

First Midwest Bank is seeking an Application Analyst - DocuSign who is excited to join a team of innovative professionals and make a positive impact on our customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain the DocuSign platform, providing our customers with the utmost quality of service.The ideal candidate for this position must possess a minimum of three years of experience in application analysis and support in a financial institution, as well as a deep understanding of DocuSign system architectures. To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills, and possess the ability to work independently, as well as with a team.If you are looking for an opportunity to use your technical skills to make a difference, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain the DocuSign platform to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Troubleshoot and solve application and system problems in a timely manner.
  3. Analyze user requirements to design, develop, test, and implement applications.
  4. Monitor, audit, and update systems to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Assist in the training of end-users on the DocuSign platform.
  6. Work with other teams to ensure that applications are integrated and working properly.
  7. Maintain and update documentation related to the DocuSign platform.
  8. Develop and implement procedures for system maintenance and backup.
  9. Act as the primary contact for internal and external customers.
  10. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the successful deployment of the DocuSign platform.
