1. Receive and process incoming shipments of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery, including packaging, labeling, and loading.
3. Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
4. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
5. Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas, ensuring proper placement and organization of goods.
6. Collaborate with other team members to fulfill orders and handle any shipment discrepancies or issues.
7. Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times.
8. Continuously monitor and report any inventory shortages or damages.
9. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.
10. Assist in conducting regular warehouse audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following good housekeeping practices.
12. Prioritize and meet daily production goals and deadlines.
13. Assist with other warehouse tasks and projects as needed.
14. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the warehouse operations.
