Job Description

As the VP, Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and growth for our Money Network business, which provides innovative solutions for employers and employees to manage their financial wellness.   1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth goals for the Money Network division.
  2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.
  3. Manage a team of sales professionals and provide coaching, guidance, and support to help them achieve their targets.
  4. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and initiatives.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
  6. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant data to senior management.
  7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the Money Network brand and generate new business opportunities.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the sales team, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
