- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth goals in the Alberta region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales plans.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Effectively manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing the deal.
- Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities and customer information.

- Stay informed about competitors' products and services to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's products and services.
- Train and mentor new team members and provide support and guidance as needed.

- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and stay updated on industry best practices.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Financial Services Or Payment Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Strong Understanding Of The Alberta Market And Industry Trends, With The Ability To Identify And Capitalize On Business Opportunities.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
