  1. Collaborate with team members to develop and execute test plans and strategies for various software systems.
  2. Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our financial technology solutions.
  3. Identify, report, and troubleshoot any defects or issues found during testing.
  4. Assist in the design and implementation of test cases and scripts.
  5. Contribute innovative ideas and suggestions for improving our testing processes and procedures.
  6. Work closely with developers and project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
  7. Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and provide updates on testing efforts.
  8. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in technology.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress to team leads and managers.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  11. Attend training and development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of financial technology.
  12. Take initiative to learn and explore new technologies and tools relevant to the role.
  13. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards learning and growth within the company.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of projects.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Familiarity With Software Testing Methodologies: A Technology Summer Intern For Quality Assurance At First Data-Fiserv Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Different Software Testing Techniques, Such As Manual Testing, Automated Testing, And Regression Testing. This Knowledge Will Help Them Effectively Identify And Report Any Bugs Or Issues With The Company's Software Products.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: As A Quality Assurance Intern, One Of The Main Responsibilities Will Be To Analyze And Troubleshoot Software Issues. Therefore, Candidates Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Be Able To Identify The Root Cause Of Problems And Propose Effective Solutions.

  • Proficiency In Coding Languages: Familiarity With Coding Languages Such As Java, Python, Or Sql Is Essential For A Technology Summer Intern At First Data-Fiserv. This Will Enable Them To Understand The Underlying Code And Make Necessary Changes To Improve The Quality And Functionality Of The Software.

  • Attention To Detail: Quality Assurance Is All About Paying Close Attention To Details And Ensuring That The Software Meets All Specified Requirements. A Successful Intern Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Identify Any Potential Issues Or Discrepancies In The Software.
