  1. Facilitate the onboarding process for new interns, including providing orientation and training on company policies and procedures.
  2. Engage and communicate with interns to ensure a positive and inclusive experience throughout the program.
  3. Assign and oversee projects and tasks for interns, providing guidance and feedback to aid in their development.
  4. Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify areas where interns can contribute and assist in achieving departmental goals.
  5. Create and maintain a supportive and inclusive work environment for interns to thrive and learn.
  6. Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and guest speaker events to enhance interns' knowledge and understanding of the financial technology industry.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of interns, providing regular feedback and addressing any issues that may arise.
  8. Assist in coordinating networking and social events for interns to connect with each other and professionals in the company.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for interns, addressing any questions or concerns they may have throughout the program.
  10. Act as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and dedication to the company's values and mission.

Job Qualifications

  • Enrollment In A Business-Related Degree Program: Applicants For The Summer 2025 Business Internship Program At First Data-Fiserv Must Be Currently Enrolled In A Business-Related Degree Program, Such As Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Or Management.

  • Strong Academic Record: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Gpa Of 3.0 Or Above To Be Considered For The Internship Program. This Demonstrates A Strong Commitment To Academic Excellence And The Ability To Handle The Rigorous Demands Of The Internship.
