- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with company objectives and support the growth and development of employees.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.
- Deliver training sessions to employees at all levels, utilizing various methods such as classroom instruction, virtual training, and on-the-job coaching.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact and retention.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and department leaders to identify training needs and develop targeted programs to address them.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously enhance training programs.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to other trainers and team members, providing guidance and support in their own development.
- Partner with HR and other departments to identify and address skill gaps and performance issues through training and development initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages employee engagement and continuous learning.
- Track and report on training metrics and provide regular updates to management on the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain and update training records and materials to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting a positive image and culture through training and development initiatives.
Extensive Training Experience: A Senior Training Specialist At First Data-Fiserv Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Delivering Training Programs For A Variety Of Audiences, Including New Hires, Existing Employees, And Leadership Teams.
Strong Communication Skills: This Role Requires Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal. The Senior Training Specialist Must Be Able To Clearly Articulate Complex Concepts And Ideas To Diverse Audiences, Including Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Subject Matter Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Specifically Payment Processing And Technology Solutions. They Should Also Have A Strong Grasp Of Adult Learning Principles And Training Methodologies.
Leadership And Collaboration: As A Senior Member Of The Training Team, The Candidate Must Demonstrate Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing And Mentoring Junior Training Staff.
Technological Proficiency: The Senior Training Specialist Should Be Comfortable Working With Various Learning Management Systems And Training Software, As Well As Possess Strong Computer Skills. Knowledge Of E-Learning Authoring Tools And Virtual Training Platforms Is A Plus.
