- Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for the Cash and Logistics portfolio, in alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.
- Lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and delivery of innovative cash and logistics solutions.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and align with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning and messaging, and support sales efforts through product training and collateral development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support.
- Stay informed about industry developments and trends related to cash and logistics, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Mentor and develop junior product managers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting our cash and logistics solutions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Or Logistics Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Cash And Logistics Products Or Services.
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Customer Needs In The Cash And Logistics Space.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Product Strategy And Execution.
