The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical, communication, and problem-solving skills, and have prior experience in a similar role.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 3 years of experience in a messaging engineering role. You must also have an in-depth understanding of various messaging protocols. 1. Provide technical support and maintenance of messaging systems for the organization.

5. Monitor system performance, analyze errors and identify potential issues.
6. Develop and implement policies and procedures for messaging systems.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of messaging protocols, industry trends and best practices.
8. Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure optimal system performance.
9. Manage and maintain vendor relationships.
10. Develop and maintain documentation for messaging systems.
