  1. Conduct timely and efficient collection activities on outstanding balances from commercial clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to ensure effective communication and resolution of outstanding balances.
  3. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively negotiate and resolve any payment disputes.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and client interactions.
  5. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for ongoing payment issues.
  6. Meet and exceed collection targets and goals set by the company.
  7. Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address potential collection issues.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry changes and regulations related to commercial collections.
  9. Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Mentor and train junior collections representatives as needed.
  11. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
  12. Utilize data and reporting to analyze trends and make recommendations for improving collection processes.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
  14. Continuously strive to improve collection processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
