  1. Design and develop cloud native solutions using AWS technologies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cloud technology.
  4. Implement best practices for security, scalability, and performance in cloud native applications.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure.
  6. Create and maintain technical documentation for all cloud native solutions.
  7. Mentor and train team members on cloud native technologies and best practices.
  8. Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code is delivered.
  9. Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and cost efficiency.
  10. Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to integrate their services into our cloud native solutions.
  11. Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
  12. Lead and participate in project planning and execution.
  13. Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
  14. Keep up-to-date with AWS certifications and maintain a high level of technical expertise.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  16. Work closely with product management to define and prioritize product features.
  17. Drive innovation by researching and proposing new solutions to improve the delivery of financial services.
  18. Collaborate with other senior engineers to define and implement technical standards and best practices.
  19. Participate in on-call rotation and provide support for production issues.
  20. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Aws Cloud Technologies: A Senior Aws Cloud Native Engineer At First Data-Fiserv Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Aws Services And Be Able To Architect, Design, And Implement Complex Cloud Solutions.

  • Strong Programming And Scripting Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or Node.js. They Should Also Have Experience With Automation And Configuration Management Tools Like Ansible, Puppet, Or Chef.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Cloud-Native Architecture: The Senior Aws Cloud Native Engineer Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Microservices, Containerization, And Serverless Computing. They Should Also Be Familiar With Devops Practices And Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Security And Compliance Best Practices: As A Financial Services Company, Security And Compliance Are Critical For First Data-Fiserv. The Senior Aws Cloud Native Engineer Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Security Principles And Best Practices For Cloud Environments.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills: In Addition To Technical Expertise, The Senior Aws Cloud Native Engineer Should Be Able To Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Troubleshoot Issues And Find Innovative Solutions.
