  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance issues.
  4. Conduct performance testing and provide recommendations for improvements.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to application performance.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to performance.
  7. Develop and maintain performance metrics and reports.
  8. Communicate performance findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  9. Work closely with software developers to optimize code for improved performance.
  10. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on performance-related issues.
  11. Develop and maintain performance testing scripts.
  12. Continuously monitor and improve application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
  13. Identify and implement tools and technologies to enhance performance monitoring and analysis.
  14. Train and mentor junior performance engineers on best practices.
  15. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure that hardware and network configurations support optimal application performance.
