Job Description

At First Data, we are searching for a passionate Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the quality of products and services at First Data. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to make a lasting impact on the success of our organization.To excel in this role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar position, with knowledge of software testing, software development and QA methodologies. Additionally, you must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement quality assurance testing procedures for products and services.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  3. Track and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Ensure that software products meet established quality standards.
  5. Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to resolve defects and verify fixes.
  6. Monitor product performance to identify issues and take corrective action.
  7. Provide feedback on product usability, reliability, and performance.
  8. Develop and document software best practices, standards, and procedures.
  9. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
  10. Assist with the development of technical documentation.
