- Lead and manage the planning, execution, monitoring and controlling of multiple projects within the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Communicate project progress, status updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular project team meetings and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to promote efficiency and productivity.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables meet their expectations.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to drive project success.
- Continuously assess and improve project management processes and procedures.
- Mentor and coach junior project management team members.

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Pmp Certification Or Other Relevant Project Management Certifications.
