  1. Provide exceptional customer service to our partners, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for partners, building and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Utilize a strong understanding of the payment industry to assist partners with navigating our products and services.
  4. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any technical or operational issues that may impact our partners' businesses.
  5. Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of partner inquiries.
  6. Support the onboarding of new partners, providing training and resources as needed to ensure a seamless integration.
  7. Continuously strive to improve the partner experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes, and effectively communicate any relevant updates to partners.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of partner interactions and transactions.
  10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting and assisting team members when needed.
