- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of First Data-Fiserv's payment processing and financial technology solutions in order to effectively sell to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Research and identify potential clients, including cold-calling and attending networking events, to expand the company's client base
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation processes for new clients
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to effectively position First Data-Fiserv's solutions in the market
- Utilize a variety of sales techniques, including consultative selling and solution-based selling, to effectively communicate the value and benefits of the company's solutions to potential clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue generated
- Represent the company's brand and values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Excellent Communication Skills: Outside Sales Reps At First Data-Fiserv Must Possess Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Build Relationships With Clients And Present Product And Service Offerings.
Proven Sales Experience: Candidates Should Have A Track Record Of Success In Sales, Particularly In A Business-To-Business (B2B) Environment. Previous Experience In The Financial Services Industry Is Also Preferred.
Knowledge Of Payment Processing: A Deep Understanding Of Payment Processing Solutions, Including Credit And Debit Card Processing, Virtual Terminals, And Mobile Payments, Is Essential For This Role.
Customer-Focused Attitude: The Ability To Put The Customer First And Provide Exceptional Service Is Crucial For An Outside Sales Rep At First Data-Fiserv. This Includes Being Responsive To Client Needs And Providing Prompt And Effective Solutions To Problems.
Strong Time Management And Organization Skills: Outside Sales Reps Are Often Responsible For Managing And Prioritizing A Large Territory And Client Base. The Ability To Effectively Manage Time And Stay Organized Is Critical For Success In This Role.
