- Manage a legal team and oversee their work on labor and employment cases.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to labor and employment matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision making and provide recommendations to company leadership.

Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.
Active Membership In Good Standing With The State Bar Association.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience As A Labor And Employment Lawyer, Preferably In A Corporate Or In-House Setting.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Labor And Employment Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Executives.
