Provide strategic legal counsel: As the Managing Counsel for Digital Payment Solutions, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal counsel to the company on various aspects of digital payment solutions.   2. Stay updated on digital payment regulations: You will be responsible for staying updated on the constantly changing digital payment regulations and laws. Job Qualifications
  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Legal Field, With A Focus On Digital Payment Solutions And/Or Financial Technology.

  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations Related To Digital Payments, Such As The Electronic Funds Transfer Act, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards, And Consumer Protection Laws.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product Development, Sales, And Compliance.

  • Proven Track Record Of Providing Strategic Legal Guidance And Risk Management For Complex Digital Payment Projects And Initiatives.
