Manager Risk and Controls
Provides significant contributions to the development, implementation and enforcement of policies, procedures, and programs designed to minimize legal and/or regulatory compliance risk within the established strategies of the Department and the company. Provides substantial assistance to management in the development of overall regulatory compliance strategies, goals and initiatives. Decisions and financial responsibility may be shared with successive management levels. Coordinates activities with other department managers and management outside the department as appropriate. Possesses general management skills including long- and short-range planning, adapting to a highly diversified, complex and changing environment, and managing priorities.
5+ years of complex retail/consumer financial services/payment services organizations with multiple financial products
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3 + years’ experience in a management/supervisory position
3+ experience in Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering compliance, general compliance and/or risk-based compliance
