Manager, Regulatory Exam Management

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of regulatory exams, including monitoring, analyzing, and responding to regulatory inquiries and examinations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulators, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies for managing regulatory exams, including resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide guidance and direction to the Regulatory Compliance team to ensure successful completion of regulatory exams.
• Monitor and respond to changes in the regulatory landscape.
• Identify and address potential opportunities and risks associated with regulatory exams.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Track and report on the progress of regulatory exams.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
