• Oversee all aspects of the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) operations, including onboarding, integration, support, and relationship management.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with ISVs, acting as the main point of contact for all operational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful onboarding and integration of new ISVs.
• Monitor and analyze ISV performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize operations.
• Proactively communicate with ISVs to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all ISV operations, staying informed on industry trends and best practices.
• Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Manage and track ISV contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
• Oversee the resolution of any operational issues or escalations, working closely with internal teams and ISVs to find solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance the overall ISV partnership experience.
• Train and mentor team members on ISV operations, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Represent First Data-Fiserv at industry events and conferences, promoting our ISV partnerships and cultivating new relationships.
