
International Tax Analyst

- Conduct research and analysis on international tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance for First Data's global operations.
- Provide guidance and support to business units on international tax matters, including transfer pricing, cross-border transactions, and tax planning strategies.
- Prepare and review tax returns, reports, and other documentation related to international taxation.
- Monitor changes in international tax laws and regulations and communicate potential impacts to the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tax strategies and initiatives that align with the company's global business objectives.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential tax risks and issues related to international operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors and government agencies to stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Communicate complex tax concepts and issues to non-tax professionals within the company.
- Provide support and assist with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in international taxation and make recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In International Tax Compliance And Planning
Strong Understanding Of Global Tax Laws And Regulations
Experience With Transfer Pricing, Tax Treaties, And Cross-Border Transactions
Fluency In At Least One Foreign Language And Ability To Work With Cross-Cultural Teams
