- Provide technical support and expertise to our integrated partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payment technology.
- Act as a liaison between First Data and our integrated partners.
- Educate and train partners on new products, services, and updates.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with partners to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve partner issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in payment technology.
- Identify and propose solutions to improve the partner experience.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with partners to understand their needs and provide timely and satisfactory solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
- Assist with onboarding and integration of new partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the partner support process.
Strong Communication Skills: An Integrated Partner Support Specialist Should Possess Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Internal Teams And External Partners.
Technical Knowledge: This Role Requires A Strong Understanding Of Technical Concepts And Systems, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
