- Design, implement and maintain secure HSM solutions for our clients' data and transactions.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify any potential vulnerabilities or threats.
- Monitor and analyze HSM performance and recommend improvements to enhance security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSMs into various payment systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to HSM security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in HSM technology and cybersecurity.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HSM-related issues.
- Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions for team members to increase awareness and understanding of HSM security.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards for HSM security.
- Participate in incident response and perform root cause analysis in case of security breaches.
- Work closely with clients to understand their security requirements and provide customized HSM solutions.
- Proactively identify and address any potential security risks or threats.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and select HSM hardware and software solutions.
- Continuously improve HSM security processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding HSM security updates, issues, and recommendations.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Network And System Security, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Expertise In Implementing And Maintaining Hardware Security Modules (Hsms) And Key Management Systems.
Strong Knowledge Of Security Protocols, Such As Tls, Ssh, And Https, As Well As Regulatory Requirements Such As Pci Dss.
Proven Experience In Incident Response, Vulnerability Assessment, And Risk Management.
