- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and goals, and provide guidance and support on HR matters.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and use data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement HR programs and initiatives that support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, providing coaching and guidance, and managing conflict resolution.
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to support recruitment efforts and ensure a strong pipeline of diverse and qualified candidates.
- Develop and deliver training to managers and employees on various HR topics, including performance management, diversity and inclusion, and compliance.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for process improvements and enhancements.
- Serve as a role model for our company's values and promote a positive and inclusive culture.
- Manage and mentor junior HR team members, providing guidance and support on their professional development.
- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall goals of the HR department and the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resource Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Hrbp Role, Preferably In A Large Organization
Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Hr Policies And Procedures
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders
Experience With Hris Systems And Data Analysis, With The Ability To Use Data To Inform And Drive Hr Strategies And Decisions.
