Job Description

  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies and protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments across all areas of the organization and identify potential areas of vulnerability.
  3. Analyze and evaluate data to identify emerging risks and trends, and make recommendations for mitigation and prevention.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain effective risk management processes and procedures.
  5. Monitor and track risk events and incidents, and provide timely reporting and communication to senior management.
  6. Stay up to date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to risk management, and make recommendations for adjustments to company policies and procedures as needed.
  7. Train and educate employees on risk management protocols and procedures, and promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance throughout the organization.
  8. Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure risk management processes are being followed and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and industry associations, to stay informed on regulatory changes and industry trends.
  10. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address potential legal and regulatory risks and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  11. Provide support and guidance to business units and departments in developing and implementing risk management strategies and initiatives.
  12. Participate in the development and maintenance of crisis management and business continuity plans.
  13. Communicate and present risk management updates and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  14. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of the risk management program through data analysis and feedback from stakeholders.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert on risk management, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Risk Assessment Methodologies And Regulatory Compliance.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Risk Assessments To Senior Management.
