- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all client needs and inquiries.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and conduct regular reporting to senior management on client performance and satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients.
- Continuously assess and improve client management processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
