- Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop action plans to address any identified vulnerabilities.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards related to cybersecurity.
- Act as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance the organization's cybersecurity capabilities.
- Stay informed on emerging cyber threats and develop proactive measures to prevent potential attacks.
- Conduct training and educational programs for employees to promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
- Conduct incident response and management in the event of a cyber attack.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's cybersecurity program to adapt to changing threats and technologies.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Cybersecurity Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Or Leadership Position
Comprehensive Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Principles, Protocols, And Technologies
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams
Relevant Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Pmp Are Preferred.
