As a Client Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and troubleshooting technical problems.To be successful in this role, you should have direct experience in customer service and technical support, an aptitude for problem-solving, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

-Provide technical assistance to clients by resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and troubleshooting technical problems -Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues -Maintain customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends -Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other internal departments -Provide feedback to management regarding customer service and technical support processes -Document customer inquiries and technical issues in company database -Create and implement procedures to increase efficiency of customer service and technical support processes -Assist with training and development of other customer service and technical support personnel
