Responsibilities:
-Provide technical assistance to clients by resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and troubleshooting technical problems -Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues -Maintain customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends -Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other internal departments -Provide feedback to management regarding customer service and technical support processes -Document customer inquiries and technical issues in company database -Create and implement procedures to increase efficiency of customer service and technical support processes -Assist with training and development of other customer service and technical support personnel
