  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times.
  3. Utilize strong knowledge of payment processing to assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have.
  4. Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues, finding solutions and providing guidance to clients.
  5. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while handling challenging or complex client situations.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex client issues.
  7. Keep accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in payment technology to provide accurate and relevant support to clients.
  9. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive client information.
  11. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for First Data, promoting our products and services to clients.
  13. Attend training sessions and stay updated on product and service offerings to provide the best support to clients.
  14. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support is provided to all clients.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development, continuously improving skills and knowledge related to the role.
