- Build and maintain strong client relationships: Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs, build trust, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: Utilizing analytical skills and product knowledge, identify and troubleshoot client issues to provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and operations to address client needs and improve overall client experience.
- Conduct product training and demonstrations: Educate clients on product features and functionalities, and provide training and support to ensure successful product adoption.
- Monitor and analyze client usage and performance: Track and analyze client data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures: Actively seek out ways to improve and streamline client support processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge: Stay current with industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in our internal systems.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Client Support Role
Knowledge Of Banking And Financial Services Industry
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software.
